Intuitive Eating is a framework that helps us disentangle ourselves from the harmful messages of diet culture (anti-fat bias, health-ism & body hierarchies) in favor of food freedom, true health and wellbeing, body respect and liberation. Intuitive Eating helps you drown out messages that cause you harm, and back into your bodies innate wisdom (like its hunger, fullness & satisfaction cues) while gently incorporating nutrition and movement as you choose.

 

Intuitive eating counselling is provided in both individual and group formats. In both individual and group settings we explore the Principles of Intuitive Eating and solidify your learning by engaging in a series of discussions and guided practices (both in session and in the form of at home activities). Workbook & Materials are included in both settings.

 In group settings you can gain community and heal alongside others. If you opt for personalized sessions, we can address all your specific concerns in detail and customize the process according to your specific needs. Personalized sessions also allow for more exploration around factors contributing to your relationship with food/your body etc including trauma renegotiation.

Individual counseling is offered online, using a secure platform, to those all around the globe. Group sessions are held both online, and in person gatherings, depending on the specific cohort.
